Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened and slightly melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easy.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the flour while mixing until you have a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls or use a small cookie scoop. Place them about 2 inches apart on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move them to a wire rack to cool completely.
