- 1 leek chopped
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 bell pepper diced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 300 g potatoes peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh dill chopped
Chop the leek, carrot, celery, and bell pepper into small pieces.
Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until softened.
Peel and dice the potatoes, then add them to the pot.
