Cupcake Brownies

- 2 boxes of brownie mix
- 4 eggs including the extra egg
- Nonstick spray
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spray muffin pans very well with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding an extra egg for extra fudginess.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pans, filling them about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pans using the tip of a butter knife.
