Cupcake Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes of brownie mix
  • 4 eggs including the extra egg
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spray muffin pans very well with nonstick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding an extra egg for extra fudginess.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pans, filling them about 2/3 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pans using the tip of a butter knife.
