1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form a crust.
Make the Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to the package instructions, using the cold milk. Let it set for about 5 minutes. Spread the pudding evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Add the Chocolate Layer: Melt the chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate evenly over the pudding layer.
Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped almonds and shredded coconut over the chocolate layer. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the dessert. Finish by scattering the mini marshmallows on top.
Chill: Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set.
