Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 –10 pieces mozzarella cheese 1-inch cubes or string cheese chunks
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Open the biscuit can and separate the dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly. Place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit ball. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is gooey. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
