Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning with a little water and let it simmer.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin. Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup and bake for about 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  • Spoon the seasoned ground beef into the baked wonton cups and top with the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake again for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Before serving, add any optional toppings like diced onions, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.
